Welcome to our idyllic town house in the traditional Spanish town of Oliva on the Costa del Azahar, the Real Spain. It is available to rent for holiday or long term winter let, at a very reasonable rate.

Oliva is situated on the southern most tip of Costa del Azahar near the border with Costa Blanca. Our newly refurbished house is in the old town at the foot of the ruined castle Santa Ana, with panoramic views of the coast, mountains and aromatic orange groves. Oliva is situated 75 km south of Valencia and 100 km north of Alicante with good access provided by the A7 motorway.

Our accommodation in Oliva, Spain, has two bright and spacious bedrooms and can accommodate up to five people with all the facilities you will need for an extremely pleasant and comfortable stay. We are within walking distance of many bars, restaurants, super markets and all the amenities you may need for an enjoyable holiday in Spain. A five minute drive or twenty minute walk through the orange groves and you will find the 10km of Oliva's beautiful, clean beaches and the Oliva Nautica Club. The mild climate of Oliva will allow you to enjoy these beaches almost all year round. You may also be lucky enough to catch one of the many traditional fiestas that take place throughout the year.

If you choose to rent our townhouse in Spain you will find there are many attractions accessible by car, bus and train to cater for everybody's tastes. These include the nearby Oliva Nova Golf Complex, mountain drives which can take you through some of the most picturesque villages in Spain, such as Guadalest. There are trains that run to the magnificent cities of Alicante and Valencia or for the more adventurous of you the Terra Mitica Theme Park situated on the outskirts of Benidorm.
